Integrations
Connecting CheckRoost to accounts you already have: your registrar, your host, your mail and Google.
CheckRoost watches from the outside, which is the only view a visitor has — and there are things nothing outside can see. Whether a domain will renew itself is a setting in the registrar account. Whether Cloudflare encrypts the trip to the server behind it is a setting in the Cloudflare account. The address a site really runs on is known to its host and its CDN. An integration reads those from the account that knows them.
Every one is optional, and nothing is broken without it. Each is read-only where the other service allows it to be, is checked against that service before it is saved, and is stored encrypted and never shown again. Owners and admins connect and disconnect them, under Settings → Integrations.
